Twice a year the SE Region of the RedStar Pilots Association (RPA) meets in Waycross, GA, at the Waycross - Ware County- Airport (KAYS) to conduct formation training and enjoy some good comradery.  This was my sixth Swamp Thunder / Swamp Fest event with SE Region RPA Squadron.  In addition to formation training there are Flour Bombing and Precision Landing Competitions.
