The Annual Triple Tree Fly-in is a seven-day event held at the Triple Tree Aerodrome in Woodruff, SC, around the third week in September.  It's a gathering of airplanes from all over the Southeast. The Aerodrome features a 7,000 x 400 ft manicured bentgrass runway and a restored WWII control tower. In addition to the flying there are also workshops and seminars held during the week. I shoot from runway level, on the knoll below the control tower, and from the control tower.  It gives some great perspectives for the photos.
